2> Foreign models generally adopt a semi open structure, with gears and bearings lubricated with grease. The crankshaft diameter, connecting rod bearing, punching cutter seat, and rotating parts are manually lubricated with thin oil. Domestic models have three types of structures: fully open, fully closed, and semi open and semi closed, with two lubrication methods: centralized thin oil lubrication and splash lubrication.
3> The design of domestic cutting machine blades is unreasonable, fixed with a single bolt, and the blade thickness is thin enough. The thickness of the 40 and 50 type blades is both 17mm; However, in foreign countries, double bolt fixation is used, with a thickness of 25-27mm. Therefore, foreign blades have better comprehensive performance in terms of force and service life compared to domestic ones.
4> Domestic cutting machines have fewer cutting times per minute. In China, it is generally 28-31 times, while in foreign countries it is 15-20 times higher, with a maximum of 30 times higher, resulting in higher work efficiency.
5> The frames of foreign cutting machines are all made of welded steel plates, and the machining accuracy and roughness of the components, especially the heat treatment process, are excellent, which makes the cutting machine more capable of withstanding overload, fatigue failure, wear and other aspects than domestic machines
6> The appearance quality and overall performance of domestic cutting machines are not satisfactory; Foreign manufacturers generally produce on a large scale, are willing to invest in technical equipment, have a high level of automation production, and form a complete quality assurance processing system. Especially in terms of appearance quality, we strive for excellence. The outer cover is stamped and formed in one go, and the paint is sprayed and baked. The color matching is scientific and reasonable, and there are no visible welds, burrs, or sharp corners on the appearance. The whole machine is smooth and beautiful. Although some domestic manufacturers have a long production history, none of them have formed a scale. Coupled with aging equipment, labor-intensive processing, and decades of consistent production technology, the appearance quality is rough and the appearance is poor.
